The United Ostomy Association is a volunteer-based health organization dedicated to assisting people who have had or will have intestinal or urinary diversions (people with a colostomy, ileostomy, or a urostomy).

We support the needs of people with a Colostomy, Urostomy or Ileostomy. Come to meet with other Ostomates, talk to an ET Nurse, learn about the OALA's programs and benefits, and meet new friends, plus the meetings are open to all Ostomates, Family, and Friends.

Raleigh Chapter of the UOA

The Raleigh Chapter of the United Ostomy Association (UOA) meets the First Tuesday each Month at 7:30p.m. Our primary meeting location is in the Same Day Surgery Waiting Room just to the left of the main entrance to Rex Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina
