We were established over 20 years ago to provide health care products to the market place. Since that time we recognized that Ostomy and Wound Care supplies are part of a unique field. Many Home Medical Equipment companies (HME's) are not set up to provide knowledgeable, timely, or consistent service for customers in this field. Today we have become a company specializing in Colostomy, Ileostomy, Urostomy Supplies and Wound Care products for customers everywhere. Our company is able to ship your supplies from distribution centers in Los Angeles, Cleveland, Dallas, Jacksonville, FL and Albany, NY to ensure most orders are received within 1 - 3 business days.

We can bill many insurance companies; however, if you do not have insurance to cover these supplies our prices are set at a level to offer you Some Great Values.
To Place an Order...
To place an order simply type the product reference number in the product search box at the top of any page in our website. Once you identified all the products you want, and added them to the shopping cart, you can then check out to either pay by credit card or request us to bill your insurance company. Please confirm that we are a part of the network with your insurance company by clicking on the 'Insurance' tab. Alternatively, you could click on our 'Catalog' tab and scroll for the brand and type of product you want - or look at pictures and descriptions of alternate products.
If you cannot find the item you are looking for in our catalog, call us toll free at 1-800-395-6099 and ask for the product you desire. Most of the time we can meet your your special need and eventually add it to our catalog.
Shipping/Handling Policy...
Free Standard Ground Shipping for all orders over $75.00 in the USA.
We mostly ship UPS Ground. If you live near one of our distribution centers in Los Angeles, Albany, Dallas, or Cleveland you will more than likely get your package the next day.
For packages sent within the USA a flat rate of $7.00 will be added to all orders under $75.00 to cover all shipping and handling. We mostly ship UPS Ground.
A flat rate of $35.00 will be added to cover all shipping and handling for Next Business Day UPS delivery for packages sent within the USA. A flat rate of $22.00 will be added for Priority 2 Business Day Shipping. Express 3 - 5 Say shipping cost $9.75. Premium Shipping will be charged - regardless of total purchase. Only UPS Ground is free for orders over $75.
Packages to Alaska, Hawaii, US Post Office Boxes, APO, FPO addresses, Puerto Rico and Canada will be sent US Postal Priority Mail at the going rate charged by USPS (usually more than our standard shipping charges). Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii via UPS for 2nd Day runs about $40.00!
Packages to Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped UPS (Ground - three days to Alaska) for $18.50, or Priority Mail via the US Postal Service for $9.75. Packages to Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped via Next Business Day UPS for $60.00. UPS Second Day will be charged the going rate (generally around $30.00).
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA may be subject to international broker charges and tariffs. We offer free shipping to Canada on all orders OVER $200.00, otherwise Canadian shipments are subject to a $15.00 shipping charge.
At this time we do not ship overseas.
**Note that UPS and the US Postal Service consider some items to be flammable (adhesive removers, aerosols and alcohol prep pads) and will not accept them for air shipment, we can only ship these via UPS Ground!**
Orders placed before 3:00pm, local time at the delivery location Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00pm, Monday - Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

1. You ordered the incorrect item....
Contact us at support@SGVMedical.com within 30 days of your purchase. The item MUST be unopened and unused - in a condition to be resold. Be sure to include your order number so we match it with our records. While we may be able to refund your purchase price for store credit, we will be unable to refund any shipping charges, and as such we charge a $7.00 restocking fee. We may not be able to refund your purchase price if your purchase was a special order.
2. The package was damaged during shipment....
Call UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS. (1-800-742-5877)
3. The incorrect item was shipped....
Contact us at support@SGVMedical.com within 30 days of your purchase. The item MUST be unopened and unused. Be sure to include your order number so we can match it with our records. We will get you the correct item immediately.
4. If the items you ordered cannot be returned consider donating them to the Friends of Ostomates Worldwide.
